Short answers to the questions we are asked most.
How long does an order take?
Every garment is printed after you order. Production usually finishes within 48 hours, and almost always within three business days. United States transit is then 7–12 business days on standard shipping. Most US orders arrive about 10–15 business days after checkout. Express is offered at checkout where the destination allows it.
Will a sold-out size come back?
Usually not. Runs are printed once and catalogued. If a plate is reprinted it is announced through the ledger first.
How do the garments fit?
Fit is specified on each product page and in the size guide with flat measurements. Tees are cut boxy, fleece is oversized, outerwear leaves room for a hoodie underneath.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Standard transit outside the US is typically 10–30 business days depending on the country. Duties, taxes and brokerage charged by the destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email hello@dmvclothing.com within two hours of ordering, or before the garment enters production. Once printing starts the piece is made for you specifically and cannot be changed.
What is the return policy?
Unworn full-price garments can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Markdown, sale and clearance items are final sale — no returns, no exchanges, no store credit. Faults, misprints and wrong items are replaced or refunded on any order.
How should I wash it?
Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low, and keep the iron off the print. Care details are listed on every product page.
