Terms

The terms that apply when you use this store or buy from it.

These terms are issued by DMV Clothing LLC and govern use of dmvclothing.com and every order placed through it. Last updated September 2026. By placing an order you confirm the details you have supplied are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Import duties and taxes charged by a destination country are extra unless checkout says otherwise.

Sale

  • An order is accepted when it enters production, not when it is placed.
  • Every garment is printed to order. Colour on screen is an approximation of dyed and printed cloth.
  • Runs are limited; a sold-out garment is not a promise of a reprint.
  • You are responsible for choosing the correct size. Measure against the size guide before you order.
  • Markdown, sale and clearance items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged except for a documented fault. The Returns page has the full policy.
  • Production, transit and international rules are set out on the shipping page. Those times are estimates, not guarantees.

Use of the site

You may use the store to browse and to buy. You may not scrape it, overload it, interfere with checkout, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material. We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or a payment is fraudulent.

Intellectual property

All artwork, wordmarks and photography on this site belong to DMV Clothing LLC. Nothing here is affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any sports organisation, government body or institution of the region.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, an incorrect address, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved by writing to hello@dmvclothing.com, the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where consumer law in your country gives you a mandatory local forum.
